$25-$28/hr Option 1 - (4) 10's M-T or Tues-Fri Option 2 - (4) 9's W/1/2 day Fridays Option 3 - (5) 8's M-F Fond du Lac, WI Job Category: Manufacturing Job Details: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Set up and operate laser machinery according to specifications provided. Select and import cutting programs into Sigmanest nesting software. Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point. Make proper set-ups for cutting operations. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that arise with laser machinery. Inspect and maintain laser machines to ensure they are in good working condition. Perform prescribed maintenance as required. Detect and report defective materials. Issue materials used into an ERP system. Perform other related operations as required or directed. May work at different workstations as production needs require. Requirements: Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Forklift and overhead crane certification. Other Skills and Abilities: Must be able to read and interpret drawings, routers, use simple/basic math, and basic hand-held measuring tools. The ability to understand and communicate information is essential. Must be able to work and stay on task with little supervision. Education/Requirements: Proven experience as a Laser Operator required. Experience running Mitsubishi LVP laser a plus. High School Diploma or GED. Work Environment: Work is performed in a shop environment. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, noise, and dust.
