POSITION SUMMARY Provide technical expertise maintaining and generating new CAD/SolidWorks drawings for tooling and equipment used in manufacturing working with Maintenance, Facilities and Engineering teams in Redwood City. Must have familiarity of metals/materials used in manufacturing industries, skill and familiarity to research and work with local fabricators on pricing/detail, creation of proto-types, refurbishing of damaged parts and ordering of new parts for the site. Must be proficient working in a fast paced changing work environment helping identify and drive solutions for our site and customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and Generate New Tooling Drawings
Order Monthly Tooling Requirements as needed.
Design/Document/Machine New Tooling.
Recondition/Repair, Machine/Fabricate Manufacturing Equipment related parts.
Support TPM on their Maintenance Projects. (Fabricate/Machine Parts)
Prepare new Equipment layout for TPM for installation
