Join our dynamic team that is working to deliver solutions for truck, trailer, and refuse markets globally! We are currently hiring an Inside Sales Associate to work as part of a team responsible for generating revenue by proactively reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales over the phone or through online channels. The role requires a strong combination of interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services to potential customers.


**This position works on-site full-time at our Hayesville, Ohio location.


What You'll Do



  • Enter, amend, and maintain accurate purchase orders
  • Generate daily outbound shipments
  • Create export shipment documentation
  • Field sales support;
  • Assist with monthly sales projections
  • Issue credit memos, send order acknowledgements
  • Communicates with all individuals whose involvement impacts customer communications
  • Primary point of contact for customers
  • Update customer records
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers and potential customers
  • Track shipment status of customer orders
  • Other duties as assigned



What You'll Bring



  • Associate's degree
  • 1-3 years of inside sales and/or customer service experience in a non-retail environment
