Great Hill is seeking a Senior Tactical Hardware Engineer in Tampa, FL to design, develop, integrate, and test Tactical Local Area Network (TACLAN) hardware systems in support of USSOCOM's Tactical Communications Program. This role is critical to advancing Special Operations Forces (SOF) C4 capabilities by ensuring reliable, ruggedized, and mission-ready hardware solutions. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert across the entire hardware development life cycle-from component-level design to system-level integration and field sustainment. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Lead the design and development of TACLAN hardware components and subsystems to meet operational requirements. Basic Qualifications: * Minimum SECRET clearance (mandatory). Desired Skills: * Prior experience supporting USSOCOM or Joint SOF C4 programs, particularly TACLAN or SOFNET-U/S environments.
