Responsibilities

Job Summary
This position facilitates collaboration and leads engagement between Clinicians, Physicians, Manufacturers and Supply Chain to achieve formulary standardization, appropriate utilization of products, services, or capital and identifies opportunities for overall positive clinical or financial impact to HonorHealth. The Clinical Integration Director is responsible for successfully integrating with other clinicians and leadership across all of HonorHealth.
Essential Functions
  • Leads an integrated approach within each of the Service Lines or Value Analysis teams to drive product/service/capital formulary management across all of HonorHealth. Responsible for providing clinical support to the supply chain team and subject matter expertise to other clinicians. Identify opportunities for process improvement that improve standardization and/or formulary management.
  • Follow through and drive projects to completion with other supply chain team members within either Nursing, Perioperative, Cardiovascular, Imaging, or Radiology sourcing categories.
  • Conducts meetings and presentation directed towards physicians, senior clinical leadership and direct patient care staff. Influence decision making based off of sound clinical evidence and expertise.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and/or other clinical leaders.
Education
  • Master's Degree in Nursing and Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MSN) - Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing - Required
Experience
  • 3 years materials management - Preferred
  • 7 years Healthcare experience - Required
  • 7 years nursing with Procedural area experience (Periop/Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology) - Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) State And/Or Compact State Licensure - Required
