Job Description:
The Global Manufacturing Excellence & Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our global manufacturing facilities. This role will leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for operational enhancements, optimize processes, and support decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, expertise in manufacturing processes, and a passion for excellence. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Capacity vs demand analytics and action plan.
- CAPEX expenditure and benefits tracking.
- CAPEX Process simplification and digitalization.
- Sites digitalization roadmap creation and execution.
- Fabtech KPI tracking platform development, conversion cost, EHS, quality, service, equipment utilization.
- Manufacturing footprint digital visualization (Types of products, equipment, age, capabilities, HC/TON, HC/Hr.)
- Coordinate with IT to have the required network to support Smart Mfg.
- Conversion cost reduction across Fabtech.
- Build a global network of process experts to develop manufacturing process standards, support special projects and short assignments, as well as continuous improvements of our facilities.
- Create, track, and facilitate course correction and mitigation: KPI's of conversion cost, EHS, quality, maintenance cost, etc.
- Support due diligence for M&A related to operations.
- Build and support Integration/transition of M&A
- Manage production transition and consolidations.
- Build and keep close relationship with regional ops leaders for cross collaboration.
- Build and keep updated a network of preferred suppliers for equipment support & maintenance.
- Develop and implement Global TPM Program.
- Support capex execution making sure that all new equipment is standard and has preventive and predictive programs in place before commissioning.
- Improve equipment and facilities reliability through the standardization of maintenance practices across Fabtech.
Qualifications (Include education, experience, technical, travel and language requirements)
- 5+ years in similar engineering / manufacturing related positions
- Bachelor Degree - Engineering
- Strong interpersonal communication skills at all organizational levels
- High problem solving and project management skills
- English: High, fluent business conversation.
- May require travel to various manufacturing sites globally.
