SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES It is the responsibility of the Director of Technology and Implementation - Debt Capital Markets to take ownership of all tasks and challenges that they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS This role is responsible for the strategic management and implementation of technology associated with the broker dealer. This includes technology relating to trade processing, account management, regulatory reporting, clearing and other operations within the broker dealer. This role is tasked with driving continuous process improvements to support scalable growth. The ideal candidate combines deep operational expertise, regulatory awareness, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES New team member orientation and annual compliance training PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and identify customers. Position requires a significant amount of computer time, either sitting or standing and may require bending and reaching. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is located in a cubicle environment that may be loud throughout the day. TRAVEL Travel may be required to attend meetings.
