High Output is looking for a reliable and skilled AV Technician who's ready to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and innovation. What You'll Be Doing: * Install and service AV infrastructure, including speakers, amplifiers, video screens, digital signage, and cabling * Work with systems like Biamp, Crestron, Q-SYS, and other distributed AV platforms * Occasionally lead small AV projects with a crew of up to 3 techs * Travel to job sites across New England (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed) * Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality AV installations What You Bring: * Solid hands-on AV experience (installation, troubleshooting, setup) * Familiarity with Biamp, Crestron, Q-SYS, or CTS certification (preferred but not required) * Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow within the company * Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and pass a DOT physical * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required Compensation & Perks: * Full benefits for full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, PTO, and more * OT paid at 1.5x * 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity Why This Role Rocks: * Be part of a creative, hands-on team building AV systems that make an impact * No retail or healthcare installs-just meaningful work in education and community spaces * Home office in Massachusetts with sister offices in Chicago and Ohio * Flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, and weekends Location: Must live in the Greater Charleston, SC area Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $38.00/hr.
