Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Highland Hills, OH. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The Funding Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for identifying current and prospective clients who work with VMS systems, determining the best funding method, educating external clients and internal employees on funding processes, and assisting in completing true-ups routinely to ensure accuracy.
  • Pull files from assigned VMS systems daily.
  • Identify how best to utilize VMS systems for funding and true-up processes and document for execution.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement strategies through these systems to management.
  • Work closely with Service and Implementation teams on prospects using VMS systems.
  • Maintains metrics related to these systems.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay $18 - $22/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (1st Shift).

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Good research skills.
  • Finance or Accounting background.
  • Technical Savvy.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
