Batch Maker/Compounder

Pay: $19-$25/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:00pm - 10:00pm

What You'll Do:

• Accurately weigh raw materials and document standard/non-standard procedures
• Transfer products to holding tanks and perform batch sampling/testing
• Maintain clean and organized equipment and facility areas
• Complete basic maintenance on tools, equipment, and scales
• Participate in process improvements such as SOP writing, safety audits, and project teams

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with basic math and writing skills
• At least 6 months of related manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs on a regular basis
• Familiarity with processing equipment and SOPs
• Strong attendance record and flexibility to work weekends when needed
