Do you love the arts or are you interested in museum and gallery administration? Are you excited to create impacting experiences in the arts for students? Then join us at HUB-Robeson Galleries!

HUB-Robeson Galleries are currently seeking to hire Federal Work Study eligible Penn State students to fill part-time, hourly positions (10 hours per week or less) for the Fall 2025 semester. This position pays $12/hr. The position takes place in the HUB-Robeson Center at University Park and is for Penn State undergraduate students.

Applicants must enjoy speaking with guests and be curious about art. Typical job duties include installing exhibitions, greeting and assisting visitors, and assisting with events. HUB Gallery is open daily from 10am - 6pm. Applicants must be available to work weekends. An arts background is not required; all students are encouraged to apply. This position has an expected start date of August 25, 2025.

The starting hourly rate for this job is $12.00. Federal Work Study job performance is evaluated either annually or through ongoing mentorship. Students who received a Federal Work Study award have the opportunity to obtain a joband perform related duties eitheron campus, orremotely, if possibleand at the discretion of the employer. Students applying for Federal Work Study positions should clarify expectations with their potential employer regarding either on campus/in person or remote work arrangements.
