Summary of Job Duties:As the maintenance supervisor on the Crossett campus, the successful applicant will be: (1) Responsible for the maintenance of buildings by performing maintenance duties, recommend and communicate with contract services, and supervise assigned workers, (2) Required to maintain an inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, make requisitions, and complete required/requested reports, (3) Required to maintain vehicle pool, including minor repairs, scheduling, and compiling required reports, (4) Required to maintain campus grounds, and (5) Required to assist with special projects and activities, attend meetings, attend trainings and events. Qualifications:

Successful applicant must have knowledge of general, routine maintenance duties, such as minor repairs, groundskeeping, yard/lawn maintenance, painting and minor building repair, vehicle maintenance and repair, and repair to building systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as organization skills for record-keeping and report completion are required. Successful applicant must be able to perform tasks without supervision, to supervise workers, and to effectively collaborate with peers.

$30,000 - $35,000 per year
