Candidate needs to have 20+ hours of availability to work with adults, children and adolescents. Availability needs to include daytime, evenings, and possibly weekends to work with the children population, billing 15-20 clients weekly, with a productivity of 80% monthly. Additional supervision is available to support clinicians working with children and adolescents. Essential responsibilities include delivery of therapy services and coordination of care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor. The therapist provides active engagement of clients, promotes retention, and provides therapy to individuals who suffer from mild to severe forms of mental illness.
