Staffmark is seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher with experience in modular home construction. In this role, you'll be responsible for taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall to create smooth, paint-ready surfaces. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: $20.00-$21.50/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

Responsibilities:



  • Apply tape, mud, and joint compound to drywall seams and corners.
  • Smooth, sand, and finish drywall surfaces to meet quality standards.
  • Repair and patch imperfections, holes, or damaged drywall.
  • Ensure proper mixing, application, and drying of compounds.
  • Operate hand tools, power sanders, and finishing equipment safely.
  • Work within modular home layouts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.



Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years of drywall taping and finishing experience (modular home experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of drywall finishing techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to achieve smooth, consistent finishes with minimal sanding.
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods.
  • Team player with reliability and a strong work ethic.
