POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Integration & Repair, LLC (AIR) has a dynamic opportunity for a Site Supervisor to oversee maintenance and logistics operations at a designated Fleet Readiness Center Aviation Support Equipment (FRCASE) site, ensuring high-quality MRO services for Navy aviation support equipment. The Site Supervisor will manage site personnel, coordinate with Quality Assurance Representatives (QARs), and ensure compliance with Navy standards. Be prepared for potential OCONUS travel to support task orders.


This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.



  • Oversee and manage daily operations at designated FRCASE work locations.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager and support the Program Manager in executing maintenance, repair, overhaul, and logistics (MROL) services for Aviation Support Equipment (SE).
  • Supervise contractor personnel performing SE re-work, ensuring compliance with workload standards, government IT system compatibility, security protocols (e.g., CAC/PKI, OPSEC), quality assurance requirements, and environmental and safety standards (e.g., PPE use, FOD prevention).
  • Coordinate with site leads at locations without a designated supervisor.
  • Participate in weekly production and supply meetings.
  • Provide timely status updates on active workload, challenges, and mitigation actions to the Operations Manager and Government representatives (COR/TPOC).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must be U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Associate's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline relevant to aviation support equipment maintenance and logistics; or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 10 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree).
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in supervisory roles within a defense or aviation support environment, with hands-on expertise overseeing MROL or similar operations and at least 2 consecutive years managing teams in a performance-based contract setting, ensuring compliance with DoD and NAVAIR standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OR SKILLS:



  • PMP Certification.
  • Prior US Navy Service.
  • Experience working with Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) operations.
  • Working knowledge with Support Equipment Management System (SEMS).


Expected Pay Range:$64,480 to $83,200 per year
