SUMMARY Provides support to the First Interstate Wealth Management team that includes Trust and Investment services. This individual will primarily assist Trust Specialists, Investment Specialists and Wealth Advisors in the performance of their duties and servicing of their clients. They will also provide support and backup to other members of the Wealth Management team, as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned.

OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work well with co-workers. Ability to properly prioritize workload and remain adaptable under pressure. Computer skills essential. Computer experience with Internet, MS Word & MS Excel required. Knowledge of additional applications preferred. Ability to pay attention to detail required, especially in time-sensitive and pressure situations. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. LICENSES Will obtain appropriate licensing, if needed.Securities Licensed Preferred.
