Job Description:
Title: Grants Coordinator Division: Corporate Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Grants Manager Revision date: 8/2025 Management Level/ Supervises: Individual Contributor, N/A Job Classification: 5-Administrative Support Workers Job Family Group: Foundations PURPOSE According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and reporting to the Grants Manager, the incumbent supports the daily activities of the Grants Department by coordinating process efficiencies, ensuring accurate tracking, and facilitating effective communication across teams and stakeholders. EXPECTATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required. Experience: 2+ years related work experience in grants administration and/or non-profit management to include budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Mental: Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English, as well as the ability to make self-understood. Must possess excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with external constituents and internal stakeholders at all levels. Skills: Must have good working computer skills with basic professional computer software (Microsoft Office suite, Windows, etc.) and the capacity for learning new software systems quickly. Proficiency with grant management software preferred. Must be self-directed with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks and assignments concurrently. Travel: Rare - Less than 25% Licensure: N/A _______________________________________________________________________ Vision: Normal: Consistent with standard workflow.
