Job Summary: The Director, Engineering & New Product Development is responsible for building, leading and continually improving the Engineering & New Product Development structure and team to support brand protection/risk identification and reduction activities, improve process efficiency/cost containment and to support sales and operational activities throughout the organization. This position uses data-driven-decision making, quality principles, tools and key metrics to drive culture of quality (CoQ) and results-oriented improvements throughout the organization. Position Objective: The director of engineering and new product development is responsible for overseeing the development and design of new products and leading a team of engineers and the creation of these products. *Essential Job Responsibilities:
