Job Summary:

Plan, lead, and deliver results in the Clinical Services programs to deliver high-quality, efficient therapies. Develop and implement quality systems, negotiate contracts, identify, develop, and implement new business initiatives. Provide support, development, and/or leadership guidance to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assure clinical services and cellular therapies are of the highest quality and are performed efficiently within regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction by establishing short and long-range goal planning for clinical services activities that are aligned with business and quality initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee implementation of the Clinical Services department budget to ensure appropriate and adequate resources (personnel, facilities, equipment, materials, etc.) to meet stated department and division goals.
  • Develop and implement quality program initiatives for Clinical Services programs, as applicable, and implement quality protocols to bring Clinical Services to stated divisional quality initiatives in line with applicable cGMP and cGTP requirements.

The salary range for this position is: $125,000 - $135,000.

Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required. RN or MT preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of clinical services experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
  • 5 years of management experience.
  • Must be knowledgeable of applicable government (state and federal) regulations, industry standards, and compliance as it relates to Clinical Services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work on a team.
  • Travel: Some travel may be required.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
