About the Role: The Strategic Partner Marketing Enablement Manager is responsible for leading reseller enablement execution for the Business Unit (BU) and Vendor Line. This role involves managing, tracking, and delivering marketing Market Development Funds (MDF) to partners and through partners. The role is responsible for developing, managing, and tracking reseller marketing lead generation and Return on Investment (ROI). Additionally, the role oversees the development and coordination of partner-led and sales-led incentives, both external and internal. The execution of marketing deliverables and activities that support the Strategic Marketing Manager is also a key responsibility. What You'll Do:
Leads reseller enablement execution of annual marketing plans for the vendor line (s) or business teams. Creates marketing content including asset creation, promotion materials and additional marketing materials for content deliverables. Includes messaging development and refinement, refining product or solution/portfolio messaging to ensure it aligns with vendor brand guidelines and goals. Oversees the development of incentive strategy with Vendor and BU to ensure all activities comply to contractual and regulatory standards along with vendor policies and guidelines. Assists Strategic Marketing Manager in the coordination and orchestration of vendor presence for TD SYNNEX events and external events. Also, coordinates asset development and content creation for TD SYNNEX events and external events. Perform market performance reviews of marketing campaigns and initiatives to optimize strategies and achieve return on investment. Development of Annual, Quarterly, and/ or Incremental Marketing Plans and Proposals in line with Vendor/ TDS policies and guidelines Oversees vendor sponsorships aligned to TD SYNNEX annual marketing programs. Works with Enablement manager to ensure deadlines are not missed. Works with internal stakeholders and vendors to align sponsorship to vendor business goals and priorities. Helps SMM II and III by providing deliverable metrics and data insights for market performance reviews of marketing campaigns and initiatives to optimize strategies and achieve return on investment. Moderate understanding of CooP Earned and MDF earned dollars and ability to effectively manage projections and tracking. Establish relationships with vendor business teams, vendor representatives, and key decision makers around marketing deliverables and activities that drive business growth.
