The Community Banking Business Enablement Analyst plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of Community Banking - to engage, educate, and empower financial confidence and well-being in our communities. Reporting to the Community Banking Business Enablement Manager, this role supports strategic initiatives and drives operational excellence across the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that improve operational efficiency and align with strategic goals. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making. Conduct market research to identify competitive trends and emerging opportunities. Develop and maintain business enablement tools such as dashboards, scorecards, playbooks, and SharePoint resources. Prepare presentations and materials for business reviews and ad hoc requests. Ensure compliance with all KeyBank policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (required). Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role. Demonstrated passion for community impact, curiosity for learning new skills and tools, and a commitment to delivering client-centered solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau (preferred).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85,000 to $120,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
