Description and Requirements We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Services Account Manager. As a key member of our services delivery team, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights, contributing to informed decision-making across the organization. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth in the field of data analysis and Hardware Services. The Services Account Manager will proactively monitor service cases to identify potential issues and prevent customer escalations. They will work with all the members of the NA Service Delivery team to address issues in the cases they've identified as well as recommend process improvements. Responsibilities:

This position is based in Morrisville, NC and operates under a hybrid policy. Onsite presence is required at least 3 days per week.
