Provides proactive strategic and analytical services to teams, business customers, and management with a focus on facilitating a positive, effective safety culture strategy. Conducts thorough assessments of the culture in targeted areas across the company, recommends improvements and/or interventions, and works collaboratively with the company and employees to drive strategic and systematic change through process improvement, program development, coaching, and safety culture-related tools and initiatives. Establishes collaborative and strong relationships with operational leaders, decision-makers, and employees throughout the organization. Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Participates in strategic and grassroots safety culture efforts and contributes to the development of departmental goals and objectives. Tasks and Responsibilities
Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Basic knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization.
Incumbent must set priorities, organize work and make occasional exceptions
Ability to multi-task various critical work assignments in a fast paced environment in a professional manner
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for interaction with all levels of personnel
Ability to meet goals and objectives with minimal direct supervision
Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to make recommendations and independent decisions
Exceptionally strong analytical and problem solving abilities

Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events in and outside of service area. After hours work may be required. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
