POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Select, train, develop and motivate a staff of employees Provide data and interpretation of account results, including statistical and variance analysis and communicate to all levels of management via oral and/or written presentations Participate in monthly account tracking and review meetings Provide monthly account analysis communicating and working with sales to close on time and minimize lag dollars lost Lead in pricing analysis utilizing advanced computer modeling techniques and database tools Assist with the coordination of the annual account reviews for FedEx Freight Inc., Canada, and Mexico Manage the development of the long range outlook for FedEx Freight Inc.
