The Team Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating the day to day workflow of the Home Health team driven through HCHB tasks and direction from the clinical supervisor. This will include successful management of scheduling, quality & compliance, the Lifespark Experience, and financial performance related to productivity and clinical expense. Position: Team/Scheduling Coordinator for Home Health Hourly Wage Range: $22-$25/hourly, depending on experience Service Area: Hybrid (this position will work between remote and in-office at our corporate office in St. Louis Park 55416) Schedule: Full-Time 1.0 FTE / Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (with rotation every 4th weekend, 2 holiday rotation/year, and in-office rotation for the hybrid schedule) Lifespark is a complete senior health company headquartered in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
