Consulting Services Group (CSG) is seeking an experienced Site Lead with demonstrated expertise in Cyber Operations / Signature Management to support a mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This individual will serve as the on-site supervisor and primary interface between contract personnel, government leadership, and corporate management. The Site Lead will be responsible for day-to-day operational oversight, training, personnel management, and the successful execution of contract requirements in a dynamic cyber enterprise environment. An active TS/SCI with CI Poly is required. Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
- The Site Lead Cyber Operations/Signature Management (SM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) Site supports all aspects of Cyber/SM activities involving the planning and execution of operations.
- Receives taskings directly from the Government Site Lead (GSL) and is responsible for coordinating/managing contractor operations, personnel, and activities at a supported Site for between five (5) to 10+ employees.
- Works with proprietary databases to assist in operations, act as the approving authority for Contractor Site Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), authority to create and/or modify SOPs, and ability to work with the Government to distribute necessary taskings.
- Manage multiple projects at any given time.
- Manage operational financial resource allocations.
- Manage equipment, services, and team vehicles.
- Coordinate off-site activities.
- Advise leadership on emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes that may impact programs and propose solutions to solve emerging issues and trends in data security.
- Provide substantive input to component commands/units in planning and submitting CYBER / SM plans.
- Applies critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to creating, refining, communicating, and briefing operational solutions in the written and spoken word in English for approval at the GO/SES level.
- Provide subject matter expertise during training events, conferences, working groups, and organizational meetings to support mission planning objectives and directed tasks.
- Advise senior leadership on issues affecting CYBER SM programs via mission briefs and formal staffing memorandums.
- Provide and maintain Key Performance Indicators for the customer and CSG leadership on a weekly basis.
- Maintains all required records/documentation, responds to requests for input, and prepares research papers.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Operations, or related technically oriented field of study
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship is required due to federal security clearance requirements.
- Must hold an active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance and be SCI eligible with active CI Poly.
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience.
- Must have four (4) or more years of CYBER or Tradecraft experience.
- Must have operational experience within DoD Cyber enterprise, the Inter-agency, or the Intelligence Community.
- Must have experience as a Cyber Operator (17 series MOS/25D MOS), or equivalent experience in other military services, governmental agencies, or in the commercial sector, or four (4) years or more experience as a SM user working in SM support offices or in direct support of DoD SM operations.
- Must be able to work with proprietary databases to assist in operations, act as the approving authority for Contractor Site Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), have the authority to create and/or modify SOPs, and the ability to work with the Government to distribute necessary taskings.
- Must demonstrate experience to complete any mission in three (3) major fields of expertise (Physical Operations, Technical Operations, and Due Diligence (DD)).
- Must understand Platform Operations.
- Must pass prescribed SM training and qualification courses.
- Ability to brief senior leadership, produce technical reports, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Sponsorship for employment-based visas (e.g., H-1B, OPT, Green Card) is not available for this position due to federal security clearance requirements.

Job location: Onsite in the vicinity of Laurel, MD, remote telework is not available. Other: Work Environment
- This is a full-time position working normal workday hours, Monday to Friday. Some work on weekends/holidays may be required.
