Call Center Specialist

The purpose of the Call Center Specialist (CSS) is to assist patients with placing their meal orders within the limitations of the physician prescribed diet via the telephone; processes diet orders and coordinates appropriate and timely menu delivery to the patient by the Room Service Ambassador; Provide basic information to a patient regarding their physician prescribed diet and will alert the patient's Clinical Dietitian and/or Nurse when further education or assessment is needed; processes reports/updates and coordinates the Call Center/Ambassador processes with production and tray line areas; acts as a liaison between the Food and Nutrition Services Department, the patient, and the nursing unit.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
