Summary of the Job:

We are seeking an Onboarding Operations Associate with strong commercial payment product knowledge to join our team. This role is responsible for setting up a comprehensive suite of commercial payment services for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.

About This Role:

Job Specific Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement commercial payment solutions including but not limited to ACH, WIRE, Business Connect, RDC, Lockbox, Cash Vault, ICS Sweeps, CDAR's, Check Positive Pay, FX TRADING, and Controlled Disbursement.
  • Independently complete customer requests to meet or exceed team KPI's
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues by breaking down problems, conduction root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and contributing to process enhancement efforts.
  • Assist with testing for system upgrades and enhancements
  • Maintain and update procedural documentation in SharePoint to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated experience with commercial payment products and services
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Foundation, and Sessions platforms
  • Strong aptitude for learning new systems including but not limited to: Business Connect, IBWS, FI Portal, Web Admin Portal, Spectrum, ICC, MTS, TRIPS, PeopleSoft, and Mastercard Connect.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal) with the confidence to ask questions and seek clarification
  • Experience working with processes utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Knowledge of Commercial Treasury Services products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment with changing priorities
  • Demonstrated capability to balance competing tasks while meeting deadlines

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

  • Previous banking or financial services industry experience
  • Understanding of commercial banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with onboarding processes
  • Experience in backend operations, customer setup, or data management is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Proactive self-starter who takes initiative
  • Collaborative team player

**** Candidate MUST be located in FNBO Footprint: Omaha, NE; Overland Park, KS, Dekalb, IL; Fort Collins, CO markets.

*** Salary Range: $46,679-$77,020

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $46,679.00-$77,020.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work remotely, offering you the freedom to contribute to our mission from wherever you work best, without compromising on career growth or connection to our team. Regardless of your location, you'll be fully integrated into our team through robust digital collaboration tools and regular communication. The incumbent can work remotely from any of the states listed on the job posting, though occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings. Please note, work location is subject to change based on business needs.
