Interested candidates should possess the following:

  • Knowledge and experience of the Blanchard product line preferred, but not essential.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • 5 years or more experience in delivery of corporate training, preferably in leadership
  • Knowledge and experience in organizational development
  • Experience with assessments preferred
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Ability and willingness to follow instructional design is critical
  • Must pass a background investigation

Role Expectations: Remote role requiring a professional workspace, reliable highspeed internet, and proficiency with computer and phone systems. Success in this position demands adaptability, quick decisionmaking, the ability to manage multiple priorities, clear verbal communication, strong reading and data interpretation skills, dependability, good judgment, social savvy with the ability to influence and build rapport, effective stress management, and the discipline to work independently while collaborating well with others.
