Description

The National Sales Manager is responsible for adding value through individual sales, business development, and account management assistance for the company's TouchPoint Software, TouchPoint Giving, and Gyve Generosity Services. In addition, this position in collaboration with business-line directors, develops, executes, and maintains marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives and support profitable business growth.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:



  • Individually conducts sales calls, meetings, and other client contacts to lead efforts to add business through customer acquisition, this includes securing qualified leads and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Applies knowledge of the sales process to generate ideas for new content, products, and services.
  • Collaborates with Marketing Director to seek enhancement of marketing campaigns or additional channels to reach new clients.
  • Manages sales administration processes including pipeline and new/term reporting, lead generation and follow up tracking, and ensures appropriate data and systems are updated.
  • Manages efforts to develop business through attending conferences, participating in speaking engagements, and other representative efforts to be a brand ambassador for the Cass / TouchPoint / Gyve product offerings.
  • Manages the database and processes of the key sales support system (CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads, lead follow-up, client engagement and sales effectiveness.
  • Works with the Relationship Managers to leverage the current client base to increase referrals and acquire additional business.
  • Works with Treasury Service Specialists to ensure current clients are properly serviced and coached to increase digital giving.
  • Creates and implements email marketing drip campaigns to assist with marketing endeavors.
  • Performs special projects as requested.

  • Effective communication skills including excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of an organization both verbally and in writing.
  • A high level of analytical skills to conduct complex and strategic analysis and convey that understanding both internally and with clients.
  • Ability to work both in office and remotely and travel approximately 25%.


MINIMUM LEVEL OF PREPARATION AND TRAINING NORMALLY REQUIRED:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance and marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in all aspects of developing and implementing sales strategies and sales campaigns, preferably within banking, finance or similar industry.
  • 5+ years of progressively increasing responsibility within client facing roles.
