Job Description

As part of our Quality team, you'll be a driving force behind excellence-helping us meet and exceed certification standards while supporting a culture of continual improvement.

Champion the QMS - Support the Quality Management System across the company.

Keep us current - Maintain and update Quality Manuals & Procedures to align with business needs.

Audit with impact - Manage internal audits, corrective action reporting, and guide other auditors.

Be the host - Coordinate and host external Quality System audits with customers/certification bodies.

Train & empower - Deliver training on quality awareness, problem-solving, and compliance benefits.

Drive improvement - Review and refine procedures to support continual improvement initiatives.

Set the standard - Plan Standard Operating Practices tied to overarching Quality procedures.

Guide the process - Develop clear quality control instructions for inspectors, production, and suppliers.

Elevate performance - Support quality processes, certification programs, and supplier development.

Validate effectiveness - Confirm procedures and documentation through direct observation.

Measure & report - Collect and analyze data, tracking progress toward Quality goals.

Resolve issues fast - Support timely analysis of suspect material & product non-compliance.

Get to the root - Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.

Track success - Generate monthly Quality Goals & Objectives metrics.

Present insights - Prepare and present Management Reviews of the QMS to leadership.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME preferred) or equivalent 4-year college/university education.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.

Annual Hiring Range: $71,000 - $86,000 Final rate will be determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
