Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Manager of Compute, Storage, and Cloud to lead our hybrid infrastructure strategy. This role will be pivotal in driving our cloud-first transformation while ensuring robust on-premise compute and storage operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in cloud platforms (especially Azure), strong leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to modernize and scale our infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure (primarily Azure), ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
  
  
• Drive cloud adoption initiatives, including migration of legacy workloads and integration of SaaS/PaaS/IaaS solutions.
  
  
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams to enforce cloud governance, compliance, and best practices.
  
  
• Develop and manage budgets for cloud and infrastructure services, optimizing spend and forecasting needs.
  
  
• Track KPIs and report on infrastructure health, cloud adoption, and team performance.
  
  
• Oversee the lifecycle of compute and storage systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness.
  
  
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness for all compute and storage services.
  
  
• Evaluate and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
  
  
• 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.
  
  
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  
  
• Proven experience managing Azure environments; AWS or GCP
  
  
• Strong understanding of virtualization, storage systems, networking, and security.
  
  

Preferences:

Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or PMP.
