Accounting Manager

Our Accounting Manager are responsible for managing A/R and other department associates as assigned.They pay attention to financial and operational details, have the ability to manage end to end financial processes, strong analytical skills and the ability to influence others to drive overall success. Project and change management skills, high integrity, collaboration and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Review AR and AP regularly and hold weekly meetings with Supervisors
  • Manage Fixed Assets
  • Implementation of new and more effective processes and procedures for receivables/payables.
  • Assist AR Supervisor with collection efforts by communicating with Customer Service, Shipping and Sales Force.
  • Manage Customer Rebates and Co-ops ensuring the system as well as customers have correct information on programs and contracts.
  • Manage Commissions ensuring the system as well as the customer rep have correct information on programs and contracts
  • Provide feedback to other Managers, Directors, and VP's regarding cross functional processes
  • Assist with Annual Audit as well as other outside party information requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience

Education: Associates Degree in Accounting

Computer Skills: Experience working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Advanced degree or professional certification
  • Manufacturing experience

Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
