The CVA Specialist is responsible for supporting CVA growth initiatives within the Product Support Sales organization. They will focus on the efficiency and execution of quote generation, parts ordering, pricing strategy, data analysis, and renewal process of customer preventative maintenance agreements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Support the Product Support Organization within the dealership as it relates to preventative maintenance operations and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive PM growth and accuracy.
  • Organize and distribute opportunity data to identify conquest customers and marketing campaigns.
  • Support internal and external customers through onboarding and training.
  • Forecast opportunity for capacity planning and scheduling in alignment with product support.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and develop strong, positive relationships with customers.
  • Provide value-added guidance to customers to help them make viable financial decisions.



WHAT YOU'LL NEED:



  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years industry experience.
  • Strong customer communication skills with the ability to read, write, and interpret written, verbal, and diagram instructions and memos.
  • Excellent listening skills to absorb information and apply lessons-learned from customer feedback.
  • Strong cooperative attitude to encourage and facilitate relationships with other employees and customers.
  • Driven, motivated, ambitious, goal-setting and achieving outlook to establish and pursue goals, including calculated risks.
