Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work remotely with our client in Lakeland, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Research issues and resolve AP errors.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain frequent contact with business partners and suppliers via AP Help Desk
• Support capturing and processing invoices from our suppliers and internal customers.
• Support our internal and external customers by responding to requests on various topics, including supply chain operations.
• Support the resolution of invoices to resolve errors and ensure timely payment to our suppliers.
• Perform root cause analysis to investigate and resolve financial issues to prevent payables aging.
• Process utility invoices while ensuring timely authorization and documentation for ongoing payments.
• Other duties include the support of requests, providing payment status, supporting ad hoc requests for reporting, and ERP system issue analysis.
• The candidate must be able to provide timely and accurate work products to support team deadlines.
• The candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience in various AP systems and processes.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $25.62/hr.

Hours: 4/10 hours.
