Production Technician

Staffmark is hiring Production Technicians in York, PA! We are seeking dedicated Production Technicians to support our client's manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team-oriented environment, operate various machinery, and contribute to producing high-quality products.

Pay & Schedule

• $21.00/hr - 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM + potential mandatory overtime on Fridays
• $22.50/hr - 3rd Shift | Sunday - Thursday | 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM + potential mandatory overtime on Fridays

What You'll Do

• Operate machines used in hook forming, painting, assembly, or quality assurance testing
• Use gauges and visual checks to monitor machine performance and make adjustments for optimal efficiency and quality
• Move materials to and from work areas as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to company policies for quality assurance
• Cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment as required
• Train other team members when assigned
• Report unusual conditions or non-conforming materials to the team lead or supervisor
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned by the team lead or supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of heavy manufacturing experience with proven mechanical skills
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience with forklift operation
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8 hours, and climb stairs or ladders
