Staffmark is hiring an Administrative Specialist in Ontario, CA! We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential clerical support, manage reports and spreadsheets, assist with compliance tracking, and help maintain documentation standards. This position is ideal for a self-starter who is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and skilled at communicating both verbally and in writing.

Pay & Schedule



  • $22/hr
  • Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM



What You'll Do



  • Update and maintain multiple reports and spreadsheets
  • Track training schedules and notify individuals when refresher trainings are due
  • Conduct weekly and monthly warehouse inspections
  • Update work instructions in the company document platform based on guidance from the operations team
  • Communicate revisions to relevant team members
  • Assist in reviewing regulatory websites for applicable changes affecting the business
  • Support management with other administrative tasks as needed



Qualifications



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email correspondence
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new systems and processes
