Staffmark is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee a comprehensive quality control program, ensuring consistent, high-quality production. Pay & Schedule



  • $90,000+ per year (based on experience) + bonus
  • First Shift | Monday - Friday



What You'll Do



  • Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
  • Collaborate with the Plant Manager and Director of Quality on all quality-related matters
  • Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) and maintain CPAR reporting
  • Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance and lead internal audits
  • Manage new product launch feasibility, testing, and quality validation
  • Supervise and mentor Quality Technicians and Inspectors
  • Travel up to 25% (including international) to support customers and projects



What We're Looking For



  • 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in ISO 9001 / TS-16949 compliance
  • Progressive experience in quality control and continuous improvement
  • 1-3 years of experience in distribution or warehousing operations
