This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone eager to make a difference while gaining valuable hands-on experience. You'll support the Resident Services Coordinator in delivering programs that enhance the lives of residents - from energetic youth to valued seniors. If you're ready to grow your skills in program development and community engagement, this role offers the perfect foundation for your career journey.

Schedule: 9am - 6pm

Pay: $25/hr.

What You'll Do:



  • Assist with daily operations of the after-school program, helping design and deliver fun, engaging enrichment activities.
  • Build trust and meaningful relationships with residents of all ages.
  • Support residents by linking them to programs and services through information and referral assistance.
  • Provide translation and interpretation services to ensure accessibility for all residents.
  • Help with food distribution and community support needs.
  • Distribute monthly newsletters and flyers to promote activities and services.
  • Assist with the coordination of onsite events and community-building activities.
  • Partner with local organizations to bring valuable services to the community.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and program data to track resident needs and program outcomes.




Qualifications:



  • Must have two years of related experience.
  • A passion for youth development and building connections with school-aged children.
  • Interest in community engagement and serving a diverse, multigenerational population.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual skills (translation/interpretation) are a plus!
  • Reliability, teamwork, and enthusiasm to contribute to a vibrant community environment.
