Wieland is hiring a Marketing Coordinator. The marketing coordinator supports branding, demand generation, and communications for TS Tubes - North America. This role bridges marketing strategy and technical content, amplifying Thermal Solution's NA product expertise and industry leadership. . This role is located in Duncansville, PA and will be fully on-site.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

Assists in developing and refreshing multi-plant marketing strategies including brochures, spec sheets, presentations, and case studies across Thermal Solution's North America operations
• Supports website content updates and redesign efforts to better represent TS - NA's full alloy and fabrication capabilities
• Coordinates digital marketing efforts: email campaigns, Facebook / LinkedIn posts, webinars, and trade show outreach
• Assists with presentations ensuring all marketing guidelines are followed.
• Collects and analyzes market and competitor data to inform positioning, messaging, and promotional strategy
• Collaborates cross-functionally with all TS- NA locations - sales, customer service, and engineering,
• Assists with press releases, customer communications, and product launch activities
• Tracks performance metrics, prepares reports, and proposes optimizations for social media
• Other duties as assigned

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in marketing or communications (B2B industrial/engineering preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and technical accuracy
• Exposure to web analytics or marketing automation tools
• Creative mindset and ability to present marketing content to internal or external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, or CMS tools a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams-technical context and customer facing environments
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
