The Opportunity

The Solution-Led Field Marketing team is responsible for designing and executing B2B marketing and ABM strategies to drive pipeline creation, progression, and bookings for Adobe's priority solutions. Acting as a bridge between Sales, Solution GTM, and Marketing, this team works to ensure initiatives are tightly aligned to business objectives and revenue goals, driving measurable impact through opportunity creation and acceleration.

As a Field Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the team in developing and managing account-based marketing programs for strategic accounts. This position will collaborate closely with global ABM strategy leaders, business development teams, and the digital strategy group to plan and execute high-touch marketing programs. In addition, you must successfully collaborate with the larger sales and marketing ecosystem, as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a natural curiosity to learn.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in mapping existing account journeys per persona to identify their current experiences and communications.

  • Conductaccountresearch toidentifytarget accounts and key decision-makers.Analyzeaccount engagement and assistin the development of account profiles.

  • Work with BDRs to create outreach content/messages that drive pipeline and progression.

  • Assistin the creation of personalized content and messaging for target accounts.

  • Work closely withglobal ABM strategy leaders, business development teams, and the digital strategy group to align marketing efforts with businessobjectives.

  • Help with the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Helpcoordinateinternal communications to sales and marketing ecosystem to communicate ABM programs.

  • Learn how to use sales enablement tools such as Highspot,project management toolssuch asAdobe Workfront, and marketing analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a bachelor's degree; or equivalent degree required with an expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026

  • Required coursework: Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field

  • Comfortable with data and extracting insights from data

  • Attention to detail, strong project management and time management skills

  • Strong inter-personal skills and able to effectively communicate across multiple teams

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required

  • Microsoft PowerBI and SalesForce experience a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $49,000 -- $98,100 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
