Job Title: Fabrication Specialist Duration: 6 months, possible FTE opportunity Location: West Jordan, UT Shifts: variable shifts 1st and 2nd 4/10 schedule Start Time: 4:45 am, 3 pm End Time: 3:15 pm, 1:30 am Description: Regular and predictable attendance is required Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for West Jordan Composite Fabrication Specialists (Entry-level or Associate) to support the Composite Fabrication Team based in West Jordan, Utah. Performs composite fabrication machine set-up, machine operations, and fabrication tasks. Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks. Works on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements. Position Responsibilities: * Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks. * Composite bagging and forming. * Composite drilling and bonding. * Tooling preparation. * Machine set up and operation. * Overhead crane operations Required Skills * Composite Fabrication experience * Machine Operations * Detailed work instruction following * Engineering Drawing Reading Preferred Skills * Overhead Crane driving Interview Information: local candidates in-person interview, non-local phone/video call Successful completion of training is a contingency for all assignments? 1 week classroom training Are you okay with out-of-state candidates?: Yes, must relocate at own expense | |
