We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Manager - Librarian/Editor to lead the management and editorial oversight of promotional materials within the MLR process. This individual will serve as the organizational expert on Veeva PromoMats and Veeva DAM, ensuring compliant, accurate, and version-controlled content across all promotional assets. The ideal candidate combines editorial rigor with digital asset management expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Veeva PromoMats & DAM Expertise * Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) on Veeva PromoMats and Veeva DAM, including metadata tagging, asset linking, and lifecycle management. * Train and support internal teams on Veeva workflows, best practices, and troubleshooting. Librarian Services * Manage version control for all promotional materials, ensuring accurate tracking and archival of prior versions. * Oversee reference management, including uploading, linking, and validating references within Veeva. * Curate and maintain a centralized repository of approved graphics, logos, disclaimers, and boilerplate language. * Ensure all assets meet regulatory and brand standards before submission. Editorial Oversight * Flag inconsistencies, unsupported claims, or formatting issues prior to MLR submission. * Support team members with editorial guidance and reference alignment. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Participate in MLR meetings as needed to provide editorial and librarian insights. * Contribute to SOP development and continuous improvement initiatives related to promotional review and asset management. Quality Assurance & Compliance * Conduct periodic audits of Veeva libraries to ensure compliance with retention policies and regulatory standards. * Monitor expiration dates and renewal cycles for references and claims. * Stay current on industry regulations (FDA, PhRMA, etc.) and internal policies affecting promotional content. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Library Science, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred. * Deep familiarity with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva DAM; certification or formal training a plus. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong command of grammar, style, and regulatory language. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a matrixed environment. * Experience with MLR processes and regulatory review cycles. The Manager, Librarian/Editor works on the end-to-end review process for Incyte's advertising and promotional review process.
