As an Maintenance Technician IV, you'll support the Bio-Rad Manufacturing plant that produces specialized life science products that researchers and scientists need to make healthcare breakthroughs and save lives. In this role, you'll apply your technical expertise to solve equipment-related issues, frequently identifying problems and recommending effective solutions. You'll rely on a strong working knowledge of the equipment you support and make informed decisions aligned with company goals. With moderate guidance, you'll provide hands-on support for manufacturing equipment and successfully complete small-scale projects with low to moderate complexity, often with minimal supervision.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Performs with PMs, equipment service, and installation.
  • Diagnoses root cause of malfunction and perform maintenance on electronic or operational equipment.
  • Maintains system logs or manuals to document testing or operation of equipment.


What You Bring:



  • Education: High school/trade school diploma, GED, or equivalent (e.g., ITC/NTC and above)
  • Work Experience: 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Technical experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (ex. pharma, medical device, life sciences).
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining automated production lines is highly desirable.
  • Mechanical service/repair experience is preferred.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $36.01 to $49.52 hourly, at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of the offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon the achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
