Have the ability to build terrain park features from scratch inlcuding but not limited to; Jumps, half pipes, jib features, etc. Delegate projects and grooming assignments, while visually inspecting all completed work on a nightly basis. The ideal candidate should be driven, with a high moral compass, that can also lead by example. Passion for terrain park building, and training is a must. This is a grave shift position; typical shift hours are 12:30am - 8:30am. Requirements High school graduate or equivalent experience. Must have a minimum 2 years riding at a high level. Must have 3+ years of snow cat experience. Winch cat operations preferred. Zuaag operations preferred. Must be flexible for work hours. 1-2 years management experience required. Able to lift up to 50lbs (raking, shoveling & lifting large metal objects). Operator must be able to complete PistenBully Pro-Academy; Entry- Level Snow Grooming Hourly Pay Rate: $24.84 - $34.17 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
