As a Manager on the Insurance Management Team, you will lead a successful and dynamic team to educate our patients and assist them with their insurance needs. You will manage your own budget and lead strategic initiatives both within our team and with other internal business partners. This position also provides great visibility across multiple functions and leadership roles within DaVita. Denver Candidates: This role will be a hybrid role. Onsite presence at our HQ in Denver, CO, 1x week is required. Candidates must reside in/near Denver, CO, and the surrounding area. Also, open remote candidates. Travel 1x quarter for team events, meetings etc at our Denver HQ is required. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $68,000.00-$115,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
