Primary Responsibilities:

  • Possess an in-depth understanding of Technical product management best practices and frameworks
  • Influences & drives prioritization across the Product Development Roadmap, Product Backlog, and Sprint Backlog
  • Ensures industry standard architecture and design patterns are followed
  • Able to evangelize and foster reuse across products
  • Partners appropriately across the portfolio to minimize overlapping work
  • Works with delivery leadership teams to align Engineering / Architecture expectations of Product team within
  • Balance business priorities with technology enablers to advance platform and minimize tech debt
  • Provides guidance on transition and future state architecture, reducing/managing technical debt, & developing system designs
  • Manages capacity plan against demand
  • Understands engineering workstreams, challenges, and processes and how to relate them to product and business problems
  • Advocates best practices, processes, and tools for agile product development
  • Expertise in one or more Agile Product Development tools (i.e.Aha, Rally) used to track and report product development ideas, features, and metrics
  • Collaborates with Stakeholders to drive strategic and outcome-based roadmaps
  • Influences 'Definition of Done' and ensures it is clearly understood
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to offer ideas that will facilitate product maturity within an organization
  • Diffuses conflict by driving consensus based in the greater good of the product
  • Anticipates leadership / stakeholder needs; proactively address gaps
  • Effectively influences multiple portfolios, contributes to product level decisions
  • Balances deep subject matter expertise with knowledge of business use cases and solid technical aptitude
  • Delivering product performance in alignment with expectations, and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position and produce optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs
  • Right problems are being solved the right way to meet customer needs
  • Owns the improvement of user and customer metrics such as NPS
  • Identifies approaches / initiatives that result in customer metric improvement and drives adoption across portfolios
  • Owns user and customer metrics across multiple products (SUS and NPS)
  • Work with Business Leads and Engineering Leads to ensure OKR's are created and measured
  • Communicates effectively to build relationships with all senior stakeholders (up to / including VP) across product teams and Market Segments
  • Deep and personal knowledge of users, customers and market segments
  • Clearly understands cross-product workflow / LOB relationships; learns from and adopts other products' successes

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in healthcare, healthcare tech, or technology sectors
  • 3+ years in a role supporting clinical, quality, population health, or VBC performance optimization in any combination of the following areas: population health management, population stratification, care management, case management, care delivery, clinical delivery and optimization, clinical risk identification, or clinical coding and documentation
  • 3+ years in a product management or technology development role with experience in any combination of the following areas: new product development, new product launches, market sizing, roadmap creation, commercial technology and SaaS product development
  • 3+ years of experience building, leading, and managing highly matrixed, cross-functional initiatives, including a deep understanding of how to structure initiatives and all related operational functions
  • 2+ years of experience in EMR integrations/interoperability. Experience in releasing interoperability solutions - Smart on FHIR apps, EMR API integrations, HIE ADT integrations, etc.
  • Experience in integrating 3rd party solutions and internal apps/enrichments and releasing products to commercial use in US healthcare market
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing full product profitability, including revenue, expense, depreciation, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of product managers
  • Proven ability to lead product discovery work as well as to synthesize market findings into new product/enhancement ideas
  • Proven ability to drive alignment in matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
