If you're looking for the perfect part time position, this maybe it! You'll be spending your working hours with the friendly, professional team at WSECU as the Lobby Specialist. You will be front and center in our Olympia corporate Building serving as the first point of contact for members, guests and coworkers using your strong people skills and warm personality to make a great first impression.

Your day may include:

  • Providing safety and security support for headquarters and branch locations through email, messaging and phone communications
  • Implement SafeCatch protocols to identify, monitor, and report suspicious individuals or activities
  • Preparing logs to support security protocols
  • Manage and complete service requests through our platform
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining employee and vendor badge access across multiple platforms
  • Create and distribute security badges, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with departments to identify access accuracy
  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee check-out and check-in process for corporate fleet keys, ensuring proper calendar tracking and documentation
  • Monitoring cameras to ensure equipment is operating properly
  • Greet members, visitors, and coworkers with professionalism, warmth, and positive engagement
  • Follow established procedures for documenting visitors and vendors
  • Serve as first point of contact for all reported safety & security concerns, document and track reported concerns. Following established lobby opening & closing procedures
  • Directing deliveries to shipping and receiving

What you bring to the team:

  • High school graduate or equivalent, or greater
  • Experience with security systems, badge management, or facilities support
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • First Aid/CPR/AED trained (training available)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to apply established guidelines and procedures

Competitive pay: $20.86 - $31.29 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package.

  • The target starting pay for this position is $20.86 - $26.07 per hour, typically within the first half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant's pay history into account.
  • The range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increase during their tenure in the position.

Where we're located: 330 Union Ave SE Olympia, WA

When you'd work: Monday through Friday, 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm. Part-time employees work a minimum of 20 hours per week and may be scheduled up to 25 hours per week, occasionally working more hours requiring scheduling flexibility based on business needs
