Here's what you'd do:

• Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for the client's Property & Casualty Insurance clients.
• Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and per the client's policies and procedures.
• Delivers quality service to the clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues.
• Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of a single client's product.
• Uses systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• Perform data input, maintaining good prioritization and organization.
• Documents all interactions.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (12 months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of Computer operating experience in an office setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

• Associate Degree.
• Experience in the insurance industry.
