Position Summary

This role plays a critical part in ensuring an efficient, accurate, and professional hiring process. The Recruitment Coordinator will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support every stage of the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interview scheduling, new hire paperwork, and other key backend recruitment functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage posting, maintaining, and closing out job searches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process all paperwork associated with new hire onboarding and offboarding (appointment forms, offer letters, background checks, export compliance, I-9 verification, E-Verify, etc.).
- Serve as the main point of contact for Cleanroom Operator recruitment.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between applicants, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Support CRO managers with application review, interview coordination, and extending offers.
- Partner with recruiters to attend and represent NY CREATES at career fairs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field discipline from a college or University accredited by the USDOE or internationally recognized accrediting organization.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, HR Support, or similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and discretion.
- Flexibility to manage shifting priorities.
This position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a background check; this position may require annual background checks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling I-9 documents.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with E-Verify.
